In our class we were asked to do some fitness screening tests on ourselves, we were partnered off my partner was Ross. We done some screening tests such as weight , height, blood pressure and body fat. To measure our weight we used a set of scales pretty much similar to the ones in the picture shown on the left, these measure your weight in stone and ounces , pounds , and kilogrammes.
